This week our team had a little surprise. Instead of our normal long run we had a shorter run along with a boot camp. I will say this was not easy. I think I now have a much better understanding of what a last chance workout on the Biggest Loser is like. It was tough but fun.
Then their were tires, tires and more tires.

Who knew you could do so much with tires?
Then came circuit training.

Another great jump.
And not just once through, but twice.
In any endurance training it always a good idea at some point to change things up. This helps to prevent boredom and can help prevent overuse injuries. I hope everyone enjoyed the boot camp as much we did.
