This book, by Dr. Neal Barnard, will teach you how to lower your cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, reduce or eliminate your chance of heart disease and possibly even cure yourself from diabetes. I love this book it truly could save your life.

In this book Dr. Neal Barnard helps you to understand the value of a plant based diet. He then teaches you how to make an easy transition and then into a nutrition plan. I have made several of the recipes in this book and they have been great.
